Where are my tickets?
All tickets have now been posted or emailed. If you purchased your general admission tickets online, you will have received an email from us and Paypal. The email from the polo club is your ticket, please print it and show it at the gate on arrival. Please remember to check your SPAM email folder if you cannot find your email.
All VIP tickets have been posted to guests, please show your swing tag at the VIP entrance gate. If you have any queries please call the Estate Office
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, please keep them on a lead, clear up after them and remember to bring their water
Can I bring a picnic and my own chairs and picnic blanket?
Yes, please bring your own seating or blanket and set up ready for the day to watch the polo. There is also a selection of catering stalls available all weekend, offering a delicious wide range of food & drink to purchase.
Do I need to dress up to watch polo?
We like to encourage all visitors to dress up and enjoy the day, so yes to a hat or even a cravat! but of course you don’t have to.
Is there a cash machine?
Unfortunately not, you will need to pay cash on the gate to purchase your entrance ticket. Some of the shops may take visa cards, but the nearest ATM is Barclays Bank, Loddon
Can I leave my car overnight and collect it the next day?
Yes you can, please advise the gate staff on arrival so you can be directed to the correct parking area. You will need to collect your car by 10am the following morning.
Can I camp over night?
Yes you can, but there are some restrictions, please contact the Estate Office on 01508 480256
